Attachment-Based Dating Coach

Adrian spent the first decade of his career in cognitive-behavioral therapy before shifting focus to attachment-based dating work. After seeing the same four patterns show up in hundreds of client intakes — the chaser, the ghost, the freezer, the performer — he built Dating Rewired around the thesis that dating problems are rarely about tactics and almost always about the wiring underneath. He has coached roughly 800 men across the last five years and writes about what actually moves the needle, based on real session notes (anonymized) and the research his work is grounded in.
